When you subscribe to the DeepHRV newsletter, we collect:

  • Email address (required)
  • First name (optional)
  • Language preference (English or Spanish)

We do not collect any other personal data. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies on the newsletter signup page.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

Your data is processed solely for the following purpose:

  • Sending you email notifications about new versions, updates, and feature announcements for the DeepHRV application.

The legal basis for processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by voluntarily subscribing to the newsletter.

We will never send promotional, marketing, or third-party content. You will only receive emails directly related to DeepHRV application updates.

4. Data Processor

We use Resend, Inc. (resend.com) as our email delivery service provider. Resend processes your email address solely for the purpose of delivering our newsletter emails. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscribing, your data will be deleted from our mailing list within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Withdraw consent at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email
  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify any inaccurate data
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We will not materially change how we use your data without notifying you via email.
